The idea of a balanced program is to try to ensure that the children learn basic social skills and gain self confidence.<\/p>\n<p>At the 9th Barking &amp; Dagenham Beaver Scout Colony our program consists of a variety of games, crafts, storytelling, playacting, discovery and the outdoors. The activities that are planned for each week incorporate teamwork and self recognition.
