Other Programs - December Camps

My Group has started a tradition of having a Group Camp at the end of the year, normally the first week in December. We usually get the site to ourselves as not many others like to camp at that time of year. Although to make life easy we have a building. This is a fun and relaxed camp. The only one of the year with no real strict program or badgework. This is open to all members of the group.

Notes:

The above program was the sort of thing we did from 2001 to 2004. Since then we have completely dispensed with any sort of programme or times whatsoever and just play it completely by ear! The kids pretty much get free rein to play games and do activites through the whole weekend. They have normally worked very hard throughout the year and have done an incredible amount of traditional and non-traditional Scouting stuff so this is their chance to completely relax and do almost, within reason, what they want.
